Our signature smoked olives are marinated, seasoned, and slow-cooked over an open-wood-fire grill. Our olives are made in small batches to maintain freshness.

This meaty olive variety has a bright green hue, silky texture, and smokey flavor that make it the perfect snack on its own, or compliment to any charcuterie board.  

Inspiration:  Enjoy with a crisp white wine and sheep's milk cheese. Blend into a chimichurri, toss into a salad, garnish a martini, or layer into a sandwich.
